Each prescription moves through clear statuses so your team always knows what is outstanding. Filter the list by status from the Prescriptions page.
- Pending — recorded but not yet dispensed.
- Partially dispensed — some items dispensed, others outstanding.
- Filled — fully dispensed; the dispensing pharmacist and time are recorded.
- Cancelled — no longer to be dispensed.
When a prescription is filled, the patient can be notified by WhatsApp if messaging is enabled on your plan and a phone number is on file. Use Dispense external when recording an outside script that was filled elsewhere.
