- Pending — recorded but not yet dispensed.
- Partial — some items dispensed, others outstanding.
- Filled — fully dispensed; the dispensing pharmacist and time are recorded.
- Cancelled — no longer to be dispensed.
When a prescription is filled, the patient can be notified automatically by WhatsApp if a phone number is on file.
