Recording prescriptions keeps a complete clinical trail and lets you link sales to the original script at the point of sale.
- 1Go to Prescriptions and choose New Prescription.
- 2Select the patient (customer).
- 3Enter the prescribing physician's name and medical licence registry number.
- 4Add the prescribed items, the prescription date, and a valid-until date.
- 5Optionally add order notes and pharmacist counselling documentation.
- 6Save — a unique prescription number is generated.
You can also set a planned follow-up date on the prescription so it appears on the work list.
