- 1Open a prescription and choose Add Follow-up.
- 2Record the contact method, notes, and the patient's response.
- 3Set the next contact date if a review is needed.
- 4Save — the follow-up is added to the prescription's history.
Use the Prescriptions filter to see follow-ups that are due or coming up in the next two weeks.
