Your pharmacy profile is the foundation of everything else in e-Pharm. It appears on receipts, drives contact details on customer communications, and anchors your compliance records, so it is worth completing carefully before you start trading.
What to enter
- 1Open Settings → Pharmacy Info.
- 2Enter your pharmacy name and complete address exactly as they appear on your premises licence.
- 3Add your PCN Registration Number (leave blank if pending).
- 4Add a contact phone and email — these are used on customer receipts and communications.
- 5Upload your logo and choose whether it appears on printed receipts.
- 6Save your changes.
Your PCN licence details for individual pharmacists are managed under Compliance → Pharmacist Licences. The pharmacy PCN number on this page is for your premises identity.
If you operate more than one outlet, set up your head office first, then add branches from My Pharmacies.
