Setting up your pharmacy profile

Register your premises details so receipts, reports, and compliance records are accurate.

3 min read

Your pharmacy profile is the foundation of everything else in e-Pharm. It appears on receipts, drives tax calculations, and anchors your compliance records, so it is worth completing carefully before you start trading.

What to enter

  1. 1Open Settings → Pharmacy Info.
  2. 2Enter your registered name, address, city, and state exactly as they appear on your premises licence.
  3. 3Add your PCN number, NAFDAC number, and registration number.
  4. 4Add a contact phone and email — these are printed on customer receipts.
  5. 5Upload your logo so it appears on receipts and the dashboard.
  6. 6Save your changes.

Your PCN licence number and expiry are used by the Compliance section. Keeping them current means expiry warnings work correctly.

If you operate more than one outlet, set up your head office first, then add branches from My Pharmacies.
