Recording each pharmacist's PCN licence keeps your premises inspection-ready and surfaces renewals before they lapse.
- 1Go to Compliance → Pharmacist Licences.
- 2Find the pharmacist and choose Edit.
- 3Enter the PCN licence number and expiry date.
- 4Mark the superintendent pharmacist where applicable, and save.
Status at a glance
- Valid — licence on file and in date.
- Expiring soon — within 30 days of expiry.
- Expired — past the expiry date.
- No licence on file — details still needed.
These tools support your record-keeping. They do not replace PCN registration or certification, which remain the responsibility of the licensed pharmacy.
