Drug recalls and adverse reactions

Beyond the Controlled Drug Register, Compliance includes tools for product recalls and pharmacovigilance notes.

Drug Recalls

1. 1Go to Compliance → Drug Recalls.
2. 2Choose New Recall and target by drug name or NAFDAC number (optionally specific batches).
3. 3Enter the reason and any external reference, then create the recall.
4. 4Open the recall to quarantine affected batches, trace customers who received them, and resolve when finished.

Adverse Reactions

1. 1Go to Compliance → Adverse Reactions.
2. 2Choose Report an Adverse Drug Reaction.
3. 3Record the patient, product, and reaction details for your internal pharmacovigilance record.
