When you upgrade partway through a billing period, e-Pharm credits the unused value of your current plan against the new one, so you only pay the difference.
- 1Go to Settings → Subscriptions.
- 2Select the new plan and review the preview, which shows the prorated credit and the amount due now.
- 3Confirm to complete the change.
Branches are billed through their head office. Subscribing a branch automatically applies to the head office account.
