Beyond day-to-day receiving, Inventory includes tools for moving stock, verifying shelf quantities, and spotting what needs replenishing.
Stock Transfers
- 1Go to Inventory → Stock Transfers.
- 2Choose New Transfer, pick a branch or partner pharmacy, set Send or Request, and add quantities in dispensing units.
- 3Request the transfer. If you send from your own branch as a manager/owner, it is approved immediately; otherwise the source side must approve.
- 4Source dispatches (stock leaves), then the destination confirms receipt — shortages are recorded as discrepancies.
Transfers between separate pharmacies settle as an invoiced sale/purchase priced per dispensing unit. Only pharmacies that joined the sharing network are listed as partners. Controlled-drug movements from transfers are written to the Controlled Drug Register.
Stock Count
- 1Go to Inventory → Stock Count and start a New Stock Count.
- 2Enter counted quantities against expected stock.
- 3Review discrepancies and post adjustments when the count is complete.
Stock Check & Slow Movers
- Stock Check — review on-hand levels and export a replenishment-oriented report.
- Slow Movers & Discounts — identify slow-moving stock and apply markdowns or transfer ideas.
- Stock & Sell Setup — configure retail/wholesale pricing and sell units for your catalog.
