Returns reverse all or part of a previous sale. e-Pharm restores the returned quantity to stock and records the refund against the original transaction.
- 1Open Sales → Returns (or open the original transaction).
- 2Select the items and quantities being returned.
- 3Enter a reason for the return.
- 4Confirm — the refund is recorded and the stock is returned.
Returned stock is added back as a clearly labelled batch. For safety reasons, controlled-drug returns are also recorded in the Controlled Drug Register.
