When your pharmacy is on the customer marketplace, shoppers can place orders and book appointments. Staff manage both from the Marketplace section in the sidebar.
Orders
- 1Go to Marketplace → Orders.
- 2Filter by status: pending, accepted, ready, completed, cancelled, or rejected.
- 3Open an order to review items and any prescription that needs pharmacist review.
- 4Accept the order (Approve Rx & accept when a script is pending review), mark it Ready, then Complete when the customer collects or delivery finishes.
Appointments
- 1Go to Marketplace → Appointments.
- 2Review upcoming bookings and update status as patients are seen or slots change.
Prescription-linked marketplace orders require a pharmacist or manager to review the script before the order can be accepted.
