Tracking expiries and low stock

e-Pharm watches your stock for you, flagging items that are running low or approaching expiry so you can act in time.

Expiry Watch

1. 1From the Dashboard or Inventory overview, open the Expiring Soon card (Expiry Watch).
2. 2Choose a horizon: Next 30, 60, or 90 Days.
3. 3Review the list, ordered by the soonest expiry first, and plan returns or promotions.

Low-stock alerts

Each product has a reorder level. When total stock falls to or below that level, e-Pharm raises a low-stock notification. Open the Low Stock Alert card from Inventory to review items that need reordering.
